Hello! Island: Almost a year later.

It has been almost a year since helloisland.com sunk to the bottom of the ocean. Immediatly after that event Hide suggested that we take refuge on the old Hitomi Heaven board. This has been the 2nd time we've been refugees. LOL! [1st time: JPM -> H!O -> H!I]

There we started talking about what to do next like staying on the old HH board and spam the shit out of it or create a new home [because spamming the old HH board didn't felt right.], and what if we made a new island... what should it be like.

So what should the new Island be like is what we asked ourselves at one point.
Should the new Island welcome newcomers or should it be for Stupid Ass Wotas ONLY!? And what direction should we take when we let others join, since we have this infamous reputation in the world of H!P fandom. [see Suggestive Risako Reviews by Hide who is FYI a girl] Will the new Island be H!P related ONLY! or will it be a place for other things other than H!P.

Well, we decided that the new h!i would focus less on the H!P. It will be more like a mixed bag of things we are interested in. . . like Korean Girls! *drools* Wahaha! j/k

Hananokoi said he wouldn't sign up if there was an island without a back-up of the old h!i. [What a nostalgic Asshole! XD]

 Sa6or and I pm'd Ruroshin on d-addicts about obtaining a possible back-up of teh island but God didn't reply, so sa6or got in contact with Mizune about the back-up. Mizune contacted Ruroshin about it and gave us a link to the back-up a few days later. 

Now that we had the back-up, Hide said she would take care of the back-up but she ran into some problems because she needed a webhost to put it on. Sa6or was so nice to actually spent money on that .[He is hello! island's millionaire after all xD] And eventhough we were still discussing about the domain name on the old HH, sa6or payed for the host we decide to use and named the new island to be... pedostan.com. [Damn U!] At that time we had to live with it.

Hide got some help from a friend to get the back-up up but she later told us that her friend had some problems with the back-up as well. Then her friend suddenly went MIA.  OMG! all hope was lost! Hide went MIA as well because she was busy irl. By then it was already August...

We kept whoring the old HH board not speaking about  a new island...
Months passed by, 2010 came.

I had enough of being forumless. And it wouldn't be fair towards sa6or spending money on a host that we left 4 dead [LOL]. It was time for action! This time for real!

I messaged sa6or about my plan to revive teh Island, asking him to hand over the log-in of the host he payed for  months ago.

And so... on January 14th, 2010 Hello! Island was revived from the dead!

And the back-up? I didnt use it. The original h!i remains in my memory as the best place on teh interwebs!

For now we are still closed but expect us to open our airiport for people who would like to be part of the h!i experience on february 13th or 14th. [I have to discuss this with my fellow whores] If nobody joins thats okai a swell. I'll post another blog  entry when it is time.
